Missed Collections
Please report missed collections after 5 p.m. on the day the collection was missed. We cannot process a “missed collection” until our trucks have finished their routes.
To report a miss, please call (206) 763-4444 or send an email.
Missed collections reported before noon will be collected on the day the miss is reported. Please do not report a “miss” until after 5 p.m. on your collection day.
Please note:
Set out time: All materials must be set out by 5 a.m. on your collection day.
Material preparation: If you find a tag on your materials titled "we're sorry," please correct the problem indicated. If you would like us to return and collect the materials before your next collection day, there is a $7.00 return trip charge for carts and a $10.00 return trip charge for containers.
