Welcome to CleanScapes!
CleanScapes provides street cleaning, graffiti removal, pressure washing, dumpster free alley waste services, and other StreetScape maintenance services to property owners, municipalities, and business improvement districts.
The corporation began operations in October 1997 serving Seattle's Pioneer Square Historic District. Today, CleanScapes operates 24 hours a day seven days a week providing comprehensive StreetScape maintenance services to several hundred properties, multiple business improvement districts, stadiums, and municipalities in Seattle, Shoreline, Portland, and San Francisco.

To enhance the commercial and residential viability of cities by partnering to deliver innovative and efficient StreetScape management services and effective waste reduction, diversion and collection programs for cleaner, safer, and more sustainable cities, while providing employment opportunities and career paths for men and women in the social services network.

We believe that social entrepreneurship can work to alleviate many of the fundamental problems generated by the polity's refusal to pay, through taxes, for basic government services. By filling this gap, our business makes the communities in which we operate cleaner, safer and more attractive for investment.
Furthermore, we believe that we can be profitable while creating a seamless transition and support a network designed to return at-risk populations to the local workforce and to the benefit of the neighborhood.
